Introducing our lighting collection
Staying true to our core material, natural stone, we have worked with a trio of designers to create products which are not only lights, but also beautiful objects in their own right
We have always believed that function and form are not mutually exclusive and our new lighting collection is testimony to that philosophy. Staying true to our core material, natural stone, we have worked with a trio of designers to create products which are not only lights, but also beautiful objects in their own right.
Urano is a series of three perfect spheres carved from Bianco Carrara marble, ranging from an 18-cm diameter table lamp to a floor version of 50 cm, all three reflecting the deceptive simplicity which is Elisa Ossino’s trademark.
Marco Carini’s Farfalla (which means “butterfly” in Italian) is a long slender rod of Bianco Carrara which, true to its name, hovers delicately, whether suspended as a single piece or as part of a composition.
Completing the collection is the Silo pendant lamp by Spanish designer David Lopez Quincoces. A simple but striking cylinder, available in both Bianco Carrara and Pietra d’Avola, Silo comes in a single version as well as a trio of three, however can be configured in a near-infinite number of ways to create a modern take on a chandelier.
As a brand, this marks an exciting new direction for us, and we are currently working to expand the collection. For more details please visit our Lighting section or contact customercare@salvatori.it to find your nearest stockist.
